Caddick Group plc is at the forefront of commercial property development, construction and civil engineering in the UK.  The Group also shares ownership of the Headingley Carnegie Stadium home of Leeds Rhinos and Leeds Carnegie (formerly Leeds Tykes) rugby teams with Yorkshire County Cricket Club.

During its 28-year history, the Caddick Group has built up an extremely strong and successful reputation – it now comprises 50 active subsidiary and joint venture companies, and employs a workforce of approximately 700.

In 2006, the Group's annual turnover reached £150m principally due to property realisations. The Group's development pipeline has an end value in excess of £1.8bn.
